Moore Norman Technology Center’s Business Development Center will host a free Government Contracting workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday April 29 at MNTC’s Franklin Road Campus, located at 4701 12th Ave. NW, in Norman.

The Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network provides marketing and technical assistance to Oklahoma businesses interested in selling products and services to federal, state and local governments and other highly-structured markets.
The primary purpose of OBAN is to create jobs and expand the economy in Oklahoma by providing specific, valuable resources to Oklahoma businesses. OBAN is administered by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, and services are offered at 16 CareerTech centers across the state, including MNTC.
Speakers include Carter Merkle, OBAN Program Manager, Julie Farmer and Judy Robbins of OBAN and Mike Cure, Oklahoma Small Business Development Coordinator for Rose State College.
